“Great place. Lovely staff, good facilities.”
Staff were very helpful indeed, booking restaurants for us and helping with our luggage delivery. Very friendly and well trained all round. The apartment was just what we needed, good facilities, quiet room, comfy beds and services. The pyjamas were great!
Would have liked some kind of gym or fitness room to do some stretching.

“A fantastic stay in Niseko!”
A fantastic stay in Niseko! The front desk staff were always energetic and friendly, with smiles throughout check-in and check-out. The room was fully equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. Since I was there for a road bike race, the room was spacious enough to fit my bike and luggage. The water pressure was stable, and the bathroom was very roomy. Opening the door felt like coming home. Be sure to order the pizza downstairs – it's delicious!

“Perfect Stay for Cyclists”
I'm here to participate in the UCI road bike race. You can temporarily hang your bicycle on the rack after entering the entrance. You can also bring your bicycle into the room. The pizza downstairs is highly recommended, it's absolutely delicious! The room was very spacious, and the bed and cleanliness were perfect.
The service and overall comfort make you feel at home at all times.

“Wonderful Summer Stay”
We stayed at The Maples this summer, and it was a fantastic experience! The location is still a major plus—close to everything you need (gondola, niseko adventure center, conveniece store like hirafu 188 and sieco mart, ryhtm for renting ski gear, bike) with beautiful green scenery all around and easy access to summer activities like hiking and dining.
The room was wonderfully spacious, which was great for unwinding after a long day of exploring. Plenty of room to spread out and relax.
A special shoutout to the amazing staff—Tomoko, Charles and Fa were incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. They made us feel so welcome and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed.
Highly recommend The Maples, whether it's winter or summer. We hope to return soon.

“The location is the best on the mountain.”
We came to Niseko to visit our son, who has been living and working in Niseko for almost a year. We met our son in Tokyo and then slowly made our way to Niseko and then Sapporo. We were in Japan a total of 10 days and stayed at 5 different places during our trip. The Maples at Niseko was by far our favorite place we stayed of the whole trip. The open floor plan allowed all 4 of us to move about freely and interact with each other just like we do in our own home. Being able to do so, truly made us feel like we were a complete family again. We all agreed that the two nights we spent at The Maples was our favorite time and place of the whole trip. We highly recommend The Maples at Niseko to anyone who asks, especially families, and if we get to come again, it will be our first choice of places to stay! Thank you for such great accommodations for our family and for helping us feel like a whole family again for a few days!! (Also, we adopted the big teddy bear in the lobby as an official family member while we were there. LOL!)
